The CAPES National Provident Fund was established in April 2010 to provide a centralized, efficient, and cost-effective retirement funding solution for employees of, and assignees working in, the staffing industry. Additional death and funeral benefits are available to expand support to impacted members’ families.

The fund, administered by Ensimini Financial Services, is a defined contribution umbrella provident fund registered by the Registrar of Pension Funds and approved by the South African Revenue Services.

Constructed specifically to accommodate the variations in earnings for those working within diverse and changing employment/employer contracts, the CAPES Provident Fund provides various options for the payment of contributions (including periods of non-contribution – but retention of fund – when between contracts and continued contribution when working with various participating employers) as well as offering death and disability benefits.

The CAPES Provident Fund has performed very well over the past decade and continues to grow in both members and value.
